At Actively Black, we stand behind the quality of our premium athleisure and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to activate your tracking number.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
